Seated Fitness for Wellbeing & Vitality

This fun and friendly seated fitness class is designed especially for older adults who want to stay active, independent, and connected. Set in a supportive and social environment, the class uses a variety of equipment—such as resistance bands, soft balls, light hand weights, and foam rollers—to improve mobility, strength, posture, balance, and coordination at a pace that’s right for you.

Every session includes simple yet effective seated movements to engage both body and mind, helping to boost cognitive function and support longevity. From gentle strength exercises to playful brain challenges, each activity is designed to make you feel good—inside and out.
